Return Policy for Online Orders
- Online orders can be returned for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order was shipped free, $5 will be deducted from your store credit so we can continue to offer free shipping.
- SALE ITEMS, FLASH SALE ITEMS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE ALL FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
- Worn, washed or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Original tags must be attached and intact.
- For defective item claims, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email: email@example.com
- Returns that don’t meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. You have the option to apply return shipping costs on your CC or via PayPal. We will hold unacceptable returns for 14 days. If return shipping hasn’t been paid within that time, items will be donated to charity.
How To Make a Return or Exchange
- Before sending anything back, please read our return policy to ensure that your item(s) meet our guidelines.
- If your item(s) qualifies for a return, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know if you would like to simply return an item for store credit or if you need to exchange it for a different size. If it is a sizing issue, please let us know the size you want and we can confirm availability.
- As soon as we reply to your email, please mail your item(s) and receipt back to us using any method you prefer:

- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. For returns, we will email you an online code for store credit that can be used on a future purchase. For exchanges, we will get your replacement mailed out within 5-7 days.
